*As Drafting Views
One of Revit’s drawing categories is a drafting view. Drafting views are used for linking in typical details in lieu of extracting the information directly from the Revit model. You could use the Revit drawing tools to create your drafting views, but you’ll find it faster to import existing AutoCAD details. Once imported into Revit, you can continue developing or editing the detail with the Revit tools. You can even add Revit design intelligence to these imported drafting views. The detail geometry can be locked and constrained with dimensions like any other Revit object

*Adding Doors to Revit's Curtain Walls
To place a door in a curtain wall in Revit, follow these steps:

1. Load door panels into the project using File | Load Family from Library, and then select the CWall Sgl doors from the \Door folder.
2. Select the panels to be replaced.
3. Change the Type from System Panel to CWall Sgl-All Glass.
