Science Projects
These are some science projects I like to do at home. There really cool and I hope you have fun.
Lava Lite
Balloon Blow-Up
WHAT YOU NEED:
A bottle with a narrow neck
Vineager
Baking Soda
Funnel or straw
Water
Balloon

1.
Pour about an inch of liquid-half vineager, half water-into the bottle.

2.Use the funnel to fill the ballon half full of baking soda. (Put a straw in the baking soda, put your finger on the top, and gently tap it in the ballon).

3.Stretch the open end of the ballon over the neck of the bottle. Make sure it's on tight! Let the heavy end of the ballon dangle over the side so no baking soda goes in the bottle

4.Hold onto the ballon at the bottle neck, and pick up the heavy part of the ballon so all the baking soda falls into the bottle to the vineager.

5. Wow! Hear the fizz? There are thousands of bubbles! And look whats happening to the balloon.....
WHAT YOU NEED:
Glass Jar or clear drinking glass
Vegetable Oil
Salt
Water
Food Coloring (If you want)

1.Pour about 3 inches of water into the jar. Pour about 1/3 of vegetable oil into the jar.

2.If you want, add a drop of food coloring into the jar.

3.Shake salt onto the substance and slowly count to 5. Wow! See what's happening in there?

4.Keep on adding the salt to keep the action going for as long as you want.
