Parcel 1 - Cochrane Dam. Apparently named after someone famous called Mr. Cochrane, this hydroelectric dam generates power for Liberty City. Parcel 2 - In this part of Shoreside Vale you'll find sprawling mansions worth millions of dollars. Rumours talk of powerful criminal organisations originating from South America and other places operating here. Can't blame them for flaunting their ill-gotten wealth. Parcel 3 - Small to medium value businesses and industries such as a Pay 'N' Spray operate here next to the dam, but none other is more famous than the Pogo The Monkey fanclub. Parcel 4 - More medium value businesses sell to the public here. Notable businesses include the Dormatron franchise and the Pets Overnight warehouse. How do they manage to be more successful than the other businesses around? Parcel 5 - Among the high-rise apartments overlooking the waters, you'll find two radio station studios here: Game Radio and MSX FM. "This is Stretch Armstrong on Gaaaaaaaaame Radio!" Parcel 6 - Francis International Airport. Take to the skies, hide shit in the hangars. Airport security won't mind. Parcel 7 - In this North-western part of Staunton Island you'll find the Bush Stadium, the only sporting venue in Liberty City. Home to The Cocks and The Beavers sporting teams, and also to soccer riots that rage for days on end. Parcel 8 - The North-eastern quadrant of Stanton is where you will find many important buildings hidden in the landscape of medium to high value business. The weather centre and the Liberty City College cater to more sharper minds while the general hospital cleans up the casulties of the recent game nearby. No-one knows for sure who is actually in-charge of the Pan-Lantic Construction Site. No-one knows what happens there either. Doesn't look like building to me. Parcel 9 - More high value businesses here on the western side of this island of commerce. A popular suite of law offices make this the place to come to if you want to learn how to throw yourself in front of a bus and pretend to be hurt. Parcel 10 - More extremely high value businesses. Featured landmarks include the large shopping centre for your legal and illegal needs and the studios of the popular radio stations Rise FM, Head Radio, Lips 106 and Kjah Radio. Parcel 11 - A nice park to rest your tired legs in. Makes a nice contrast against the grey concrete jungle of this massive business district. Don't let that fool you though, street fights are common around this area yet the police don't care. Parcel 12 - As you move south down the island, the business buildings don't get any shorter. The headquarters of the FBI law enforcement are found here, as well as the City Hall. Maybe you'll find more than just nailguns within the walls. Parcel 13 - Yakuza Docks. The high-rise, high-value condos look over the three sets of piers that jut into the water. Its ties into organised crime activities is fairly well-known. Parcel 14 - The only Police Station out of Staunton and Shoreside Vale can be found here. Normal Police Officers and Special Weapons And Tactics groups are stationed here, not very willing to combat any criminal threat. Parcel 15 and 16 - Featured businesses include the FBC Bank and the AMCO Headquarters. The commerce around it are as equally profitable, but just not as important enough to be marked on a map. Parcel 17 - Kenji's Casino. The only gambling institution out of Liberty City. Whoever constructed this building did a good job, since it survived an incoming rocket attack and all. Parcel 18 - Hundreds of millions of dollars go through these massive skyscrapers everyday. The bigger ones include the Jefferson St. Credit Union, Love Media and the Liberty Tree offices. The multi-millionaire media magnate Donald Love is rumoured to live in this area. Parcel 19 - Hepburn Heights. Low to medium residential apartment district. Gang fights are commonplace here due to the relatively high level of rival gangs about. Here is where you will also find the studios of Chatterbox FM, Double-Clef FM and Flashback 95.6 radio stations. Parcel 20 - Just east of Hepburn is where you'll find more low class housing and small businesses such as the Capital Autos car showroom. The Harwood Fire Station nearby keeps Portland free from any fires. Need to ditch a car quickly? Have someone you don't like in the boot? The city's only car crusher can help you with that. Parcel 21 - This old abandoned lot used to be run by a guy nicknamed '8-ball', offering connections, women and guns to anyone for a price. Now he's nowhere to be found. Parcel 22 and 23 - This part of town contains more low to medium value housing, apartments and small businesses. Places of interest include the Pay 'N' Spray, Sex Club Seven and an Ammunation store. Parcel 24 - Deep mafia roots are ingrained amongst the average businesses and housing. A famous Italian restaurant is told to be a key meeting place for underworld figures while the mansion out on the hill is rumoured to be the stronghold of one of Liberty's most influential mafia figures, now deceased. Parcel 25 - Moving into central Portland, the value of the housing and businesses don't increase much. There are plenty of transportation links though, such as the subway station and the Overhead monorail station that rings around Portland. Parcel 26 and 27 - In addition to the community amentities of a Police Station, a Community Clinic, another Overhead monorail station and the entrance to the Harbour tunnel (hoboes galore), the local St. Marks Bistro provides cheap entertainment for the local residents and dock workers. Some claim that the bistro also has deep connections to Sicilian underworld interests. Parcel 28 - Portland Docks. Huge warehouses, tall cranes, massive freighter ships, salty air, things appearing and disappearing...yep, you're at the docks. Parcel 29 - This is the southern part of Chinatown. In between the Asian-themed stalls and businesses you'll find the immensely-popular Chinatown Fish Market. A laundromat run by a certain Mr. Wong has also gathered some people's attention...what washing powder does he use anyways? Parcel 30 - In this part of Trenton you'll find more light industries, warehouses and access to the southern part of the docks. The Bitchin' Dog Foods manufactures grade-A sustanence for your beloved pooch. A large garage is also maintained here by an Italian-looking guy named Joey. Might want to pay him a visit. Parcel 31 - Another portion of the Portland Docks. Just as much goods appear and disappear here through the wharfs. Parcel 32 - Some low to medium value apartment complexes overlooking the sea in a southerly direction. You know what they say: "One man's trash is another man's treasure". Parcel 33 - Right next to the sea is the Turtle Head Fish Company, now rebuilt and churning out the artificial mackerel for the city to devour. There is little to no reliable word as to who owns and operates the fish factory however. Parcel 34 - The southern most part of the docks. While it can't cater for large freighter ships, smaller ships and boats can dock on the piers here just fine. The warehouses that usually hold any cargo going in or out are sometimes used as drug-ridden Rave Venues.
