Parcel 1 - Ocean Docks. Millions of dollars worth of goods go in and out of these docks everyday to service the city of Los Santos. The National Guard Depot also lies here, now with increased security after a gang lifted an amount of weapons off them. Three bridges connect to the mainland. Parcel 2 - Los Santos International Airport. One of the ways Los Santos connects with the world! Just don't get lost trying to navigate its network of tunnels. Also plenty of hangars for your storage needs. Parcel 3 - A largely industrial area. The highway that rings around Los Santos and into Red County runs through here. Parcel 4 and 5 - Willowfield. A tangled mass of old train lines and warehouses dominate Parcel 4 while some low-income housing, a Cluckin' Bell store and an Ammunation branch sit in Parcel 5. A gun dealer by the name of Emmet also lives here, but sources say that his stock is of dubious quality. Parcel 6 - Playa Del Seville. Low-income apartment housing surround the street called Seville Boulevard, along with a small line of seemingly abandoned garages. Parcel 7 - Right next to the old canal network that snakes through most of the city, the Los Santos Forum is situated here. Inside is a track in the shape of an '8', where 12 cars battle it out in 12 gruelling laps of the track for your entertainment! Parcel 8 - Ganton. The roots of the once-powerful Grove Street Families, this neighbourhood consists of very low income slums in the east while apartments line the south. A 24-hour gym, a Binco clothing outlet and the Ten Green Bottles Bar are the more prominent businesses here, though it is advised that you be armed if you have any business here. Parcel 9 - The southern part of East Beach, the housing and business here are slightly more affluent than its neighbours to the west. Parcel 10 - Lying on the approximate border of East Los Santos and Los Flores, a small handful of local businesses make a living here. Parcel 11 - With the highway bordering its southern edges, this place contains a few more low income housing and businesses such as a Cluckin' Bell store. A basketball court also awaits for anyone to show off while a train line also cuts through this area. If you're lucky, you might even find a dope spot here. Parcel 12 and 13 - East Beach. Low to middle income housing watch over the eastern shores of Los Santos. The roads can be of steep gradients at times, throwing many tourists off...literally. A retired military veteran also lives around these parts, though others would call him more of a nut than a veteran. Parcel 14 - Los Colinas lies to its north, while Los Flores lies to the south of this parcel. Amongst the slums and low value housing is rumoured to be the largest crack factory of San Andreas....waiting for a new owner. Parcel 15 - The western part of Los Colinas and Los Flores. Many gentlemen of all steps of the social ladder come here on a regulary basis to the Pig Pen Strip Club built here. Parcel 16 - Jefferson. Businesses such as a Suburban clothing outlet and a large motel do business for the inhabitants for the low income housing here. The road to the Mulholland Intersection also starts here. Parcel 17 - Glen Park. A hospital and a not-so-popular skate park sit on the southern part, while Glen Park takes up most of the real estate. A lot of gangs do deals at this green park, yet only few see them through. Parcel 18 - Idlewood. Low to medium class housing and apartments provide some comfort to its owners while Reece's Barber Shop, a 24/7 store and Tattoo Parlour keep their needs in check. A large dance club entertains many guests, local or otherwise. Part of the canal network runs through here too. Parcel 19 - El Corona. A largely mexican neighbourhood calls home here, using the Unity Train Station to hold their occasional lowrider meetings. The Los Santos highway also brushes past. Parcel 20 and 21 - These two parcels are the borders of the commercial district of Los Santos. You will find tall towers and very high value commercial buildings in 21 (along with any ambitious base jumpers...) while slightly more modest businesses have set up shop in 20. Parcel 22 - The eastern side of Mulholland. The affluent make their nests here, away from the crime to the south. While most live in normal houses, some insist on living in large mansions, worth countless sums of money...the houses themselves and their contents alike. Parcel 23 - More high value businesses here, but the one that interests most people is the Ammunation store, the largest out of San Andreas. Parcel 24 - Perishing Square. The City Hall of Los Santos and its Police Headquarters are here, surrounded by a nest of commercial businesses. The walls of the government buildings may be clean on the outside but the dealings inside are certainly not. Parcel 25 - Verdant Bluffs. A nice change from the urban jungle of the premises below, this place is home to the only observatory in Los Santos. You can pick some nice flowers here too. Parcel 26 - Conference. As its name implies, the Los Santos Conference/Convention Centre plays host to many expos and events to the public, but lies empty when nothing is happening. Medium level businesses also trade here. Parcel 27 - Home of the Verdant Mall...a place built to withstand rain where there is none. Medium class apartments and businesses sit within the shadow of the mall. Parcel 28 - Market and Vinewood. Here is where the stars on the ground make themselves known, at the Vinewood Film Studio. For the people who aren't very good at acting or feigning orgasms, there's always the Blastin' Fools Recording Studio. Many businesses thrive here from the influx of tourists that come. The road that borders 28 and 29 is the home of the venerable walk of fame. Parcel 29 - Temple. Businesses of note include the Pay 'N' Spray and the Transfenders car modification shop. To the west of the medium class apartments is the Los Sepulcros Graveyard. Come here during the sunset and pay your respects to the dead... Parcel 30 and 31 - Mulholland. While some small businesses such as the Burger Shot dot the bordering road, the main points of attraction here are the extravagant mansions that overlook the city from their positions on the hills. The mansion of the once-famous rapper Madd Dogg lies in Parcel 30. Parcel 32 - Dillimore. Just a short drive from the urban scene is the quiet trucking community of Dillimore. Small businesses like the Gas Station, a Bar and a Pay 'N' Spray get by on the local economy. Lots of country routes cross at this small truckie stop. Parcel 33 - The eastern half of Richman. An exclusive country club (in the city) and rich businesses sit on the south, priceless dwellings on the north. Someone ought to rob these fat cats blind. The back roads make for some challenging driving though. Parcel 34 - Marina. Well-to-do businesses rake in the cash around here, including the Burger Shot franchise and the locally owned barber's shop. A canal that leads to the ocean also runs through this parcel, ending in a small marina. The houses that line the canal are of particularly high value. Parcel 35 and 36 - Santa Maria and Verdant Beaches. The few businesses and houses that sit just a stone throw's away from the ocean are of high value. Police patrol these beaches seldomly. Parcel 37 and 38 - Rodeo. Within Parcel 37 lies the famous fashion lane of the latest and the greatest costumes and clothing...at a price. Stores such as Deider Sachs and Prolaps provide Retail Therapy for the shopaholic inside you. The Rodeo hotel in Parcel 38 also provides high priced accommodation for such tourists. Parcel 39 - Richman. More rich housing lines the twisted streets of the western half of Richman. Parcel 40 - A portion of the idyllic countryside of Flint County. In this slice you'll find the RS Haul Trucking Depot and vast rolling farms, with many country dirt trails leading to their farmhouses and barns. What are they growing, I wonder? Parcel 41 - A small trucking depot out in the middle of nowhere. Legal and illegal goods alike pass through here. Parcel 42 - Easter Bay Chemicals. A large chemical plant that manufactures many industrial grade chemicals and substances. Just don't mind the toxic byproducts. Parcel 43 - A farm that once belonged to a group of left-wing cultists. You won't find whatever's grown here in a farmer's market. Parcel 44 - Beacon Hill. This seemingly insignificant hill gives stunning views over Easter Bay Airport, Foster Valley and the Corvin Stadium. A Cropduster plane supposedly crashed here a few weeks ago and its pilot is presumed to be dead. Parcel 45 - The lower half of Angel Pine. This part contains some small businesses, including a trailer park for any adventurers that pass by, along with a lumber mill. Sawing wood all day is pretty boring, but how do they keep their edge so well over such a long period of time? Parcel 46 - The northern part of Angel Pine contains a few more businesses, such as the Ammunation, Cluckin' Bell store and the U Get In Hotel. A small hospital tends to anyone's wounds. There are also some small houses for the local folk. Parcel 47 - Avispa Golf Course. Sitting next to the main highway that runs the borders of Flint County and on to Los Santos, this somewhat cramped golf course caters to the tastes of the more refined people of San Fierro. Parcel 48 - Corvin Stadium. For the less sophisticated people, watching a dozen cars and their armed crew duke it out in a large pit while eating a particularly juicy hot dog from that scary vendor outside is much better than whacking a ball around some grass. Parcel 49 - Easter Bay Airport. Dredged out of the ocean, this airport sees thousands of tourists come in and out of its terminals every year. Suspicious goods have been known to be found within the tunnels of its underground carpark. Parcel 50 - Easter Bay Docks. On its western side lies the Cranberry Train Station, a Transfenders shop and a Pay 'N' Spray for when a simple touch up just won't do. The large port brings in more bulkier goods, such as imported cars. There are also some medium industries here. Parcel 51 - Doherty. A strip of medium value businesses such as Zero's RC Shop are sandwiched between the roads along the west while a driving school to the south can teach you the principle of 'More Speed, Less Haste'. Right next to the fire station is a once-abandoned garage, with the reminder of the old Doherty earthquake sitting right behind. An old shipping depot is also around here... Parcel 52 - Hashbury. Nice housing to the west, businesses to the east. If you want to turn your fists into deadly weapons, a gym led by a master martial artist is around here. Parcel 53 - Queens. A mostly residential area that contains the City Hall and an Ammunation store. Some people also make a good living by pushing a hot dog cart around these parts. If you're persistent enough, you might get more than just a hot dog. Parcel 54 - Kings. A brisk walk from the large hotel, the baseball pitches are a good place to practice your skills with a big wooden bat. Don't have a ball? Then you'll have to improvise. Parcel 55 - Palisades. A line of well-to-do houses that overlook the western coast. Parcel 56 - The inland part of Palisades contains more high value housing and apartments. More medium to high value businesses are in the south. Despite growing crime levels, the locals are still quite lax in security arrangements. Parcel 57 to 62 - Downtown. These parcels make up the commercial district of San Fierro, home to many multi-million dollar businesses. Landmarks include the Big Pointy Building, the statue of the Baseball Bat Man and the headquarters of a Zombie Research Institute. A tram network snakes its way through these hilly streets. Cultural locales such as Chinatown can also be found here, along with the San Andreas Mint in Parcel 57. A police station can be found in Parcel 60 while 58 and 62 provide very expensive housing for anyone who can afford it. Fast food franchises and clothing outlets are spread throughout the city. Parcel 63 - Battery Point. Under the massive Gant Bridge is a famous strip club that is usually called Jizzy's Pleasure Domes. Since the death of its owner in a car accident however, the club has since been operating under independent management. Some small businesses and high value residential properties dot the landscape. Parcel 64 - Carlton Heights. High class apartments line these streets. Who knows what may be hidden inside them? Parcel 65 to 68 - Esplanade Docks. The bulk of the shipping comes in and out through the piers of 65, 66 and 68 while more medium to high value businesses such as Otto's Cars are set up in 67. Pier 69 is the centre of all the shipping, along with some warehouses to provide some temporary storage space. Parcel 69 to 71 - Bayside. These three parcels make up the community of Bayside, a quiet boating town. A small caravan park gives some space for any tourists in Parcel 70 while a Boat School operates in Parcel 71. Parcel 72 - El Quebaedos. This small desert town is largely self-sufficient, with a police station, an ammunation store, truck stop, a small factory and temporary and permanent accommodation. Parcel 73 - A random bunker-like building out in the middle of the desert with little to no purpose. Parcel 74 - Las Brujas. A ghost town with a small graveyard. Dump a body here and no-one will know. Parcel 75 - Las Paysadas. A smaller desert town but with a huge tourist draw: The World's Largest Cock! Watch as it bobs up and down! While you're here, pick up some grains as well from the factory. Parcel 76 - Verdant Meadows. A large, abandoned airstrip once used as a dumping ground for any retired aircraft. And what happens when you leave such an asset out in the middle of the desert where no-one looks? Parcel 77 - Las Barrancas. Standing within the shadow of a desert butle, this desert community is home to one of the best steakhouses in San Andreas. Parcel 78 - The Big Ear. On top of the mesa lies a massive satellite dish and installation, yet its purpose it not clear. Some say its for television, others say its for radio. The paranoid that frequent the bar nearby claim its used by the government to tap into their phones. Parcel 79 - Fort Carson. Out of the desert towns, this is probably the more active. Some small businesses such as a 24/7 shop service the locals around here. Sick of the desert air? Don't worry, the country hospital will take care of that. Parcel 80 - Green Palms. Other than the caravan park, a large oil refinery turns the black gold from the oilfields of Octane Springs into useable fuel for your vehicle or molotov cocktail. Parcel 81 - There's farmhouses and barns here, but there's no wheat or grain to be found... Parcel 82 - Hunter Quarry. This large open-cast mine provides jobs and minerals to the state of San Andreas. If you like working with explosives then there's better places than this. Who wants to follow these so-called "Safety Procedures"? Parcel 83 - Yellow Bell Golf Club. Just as cramped as the golf club in San Fierro, this place gives you an opportunity to refine your accuracy with a golf club. Parcel 84 to 86 - Prickle Pine. A train line cuts through this high-class neighbourhood and services it via the Yellow Bell Train Station. Parcel 87 to 88 - Spinybed. A light industrial district with some small warehouses. The Emerald Isle Casino and Resort sits at the bottom tip of Parcel 87. Parcel 89 - Creek. Clinging to the eastern fringes of Las Venturas, the Creek Shopping Centre provides a hub of small businesses, including two clothing and fast food outlets. Parcel 90 - Roca Escalante. Home of the V-Rock Hotel and Casino. Some government buildings such as the police station and the courthouse provide much less entertainment. Parcel 91 to 93 - Redsands. This district contains a very large array of medium industrial and commercial businesses, such as clothing shops, fast food outlets, a Pay 'N' Spray, a Bomb Shop, a sex shop that sells the finest porn from Vinewood and Vice City and a gym that specialises in the brutal technique of kickboxing. Some housing is in 92 while a medium sized baseball stadium is in 93. Parcel 94 - Whitewood Estates. The northern part of these low-income housing estates contains more light industries and warehouses, including a meat factory. Everyone loves meat. Parcel 95 - Just outside the City Limits, the small strip club is the gem within this scattered group of caravan parks and gas stations. Parcel 96 - Whitewood Estates. The southern part of this affordable neighbourhood is where quite a few of the casino workers live. God knows what they've swiped from work. Parcel 97 - A small estate of lower-income housing. Stash whatever in the empty lots, the locals won't care. Parcel 98 - The Visage Casino. West of the Harry Gold Parkway lies a Hospital and a Binco store, while you'll find the legendary casino in the east. Largely regarded as the best out of the strip. Parcel 99 - Old Venturas Strip. This is where the first casinoes of Las Venturas were erected. Flashy lights, huge neon signs and a load of smaller bars and clubs (including a strip club) provide a great time for any tourists. Parcel 100 - Some smaller warehouses and commercial buildings on the west side of the freeway, low income housing and apartments in the east side. Parcel 101 - The Clown's Pocket Casino. There's nothing funny about losing your children's college fund at the blackjack tables. Parcel 102 - Some small businesses here, such as a clothing outlet and a fast food franchise. Yes, gambling is hard work, fighting the odds and all. Parcel 103 - Caligula's Casino and the Royale Casino. Two large casinoes with some significance in local history; Caligula's was robbed and some washed-up rapper jumped off the roof of the Royale. Parcel 104 - Pirates In Men's Pants Casino and the High Roller Casino. Two more casinoes here vying for dominance on The Strip and your money. Parcel 105 - Las Venturas International Airport. Tourists filled to the brim with holiday spending money come in through the arrival terminals, marveling at the convenience of having a casino and hotel resort right in front of them as wasted hoboes with 3 mortgages in default leave through the departures. Parcel 106 - Blackfield. It's okay if gambling's not your thing. The Blackfield Stadium is where you can watch daredevils perform amazing stunts on their motorbikes and next door is the bike school where you can actually learn how to do them yourself. The Greenglass College is the only higher education institution out of San Andreas. Parcel 107 - LVA Freight Depot. Here is where more bulkier goods stay before they are flown out or taken elsewhere. The large warehouses provide plenty of storage space, yet shipping containers still continue to stack up outside. Rumour also reports of a street racing syndicate operating in this area. Parcel 108 - Four Dragons Casino and Pink Swan Casino. The triad owned casino is a very popular tourist draw thanks to its unique Asian flavour. Parcel 109 - Camel Toe Casino. Owned by the North Resort Group, this Egyption themed casino and resort is built in the shape of a pyramid, complete with a sphinx and Cleopatra's Needle. Parcel 110 to 112 - Behind the casinoes of The Strip lie these small businesses and industries trying to make ends meet. A unique hotel in Parcel 110 provides tourists with something to look at while car enthusiasts will find the Transfenders shop and local strip club much more interesting. The Club in Parcel 111 provides a place for everyone to socialise on the dance floor. At least here there aren't any slot machines to lose your money in. Parcel 113 - Come A Lot Casino. In the shape of a medieval castle, this casino has a rather...tainted reputation. It is suggested that you suit up at the local Ammunation before you enter the castle. Parcel 114 - Randolph Industrial Estates. Some warehouses provide storage and working space for the industry here. A church is also here in case you want to marry some bimbo from the casino on a drunken whim. Parcel 115 to 116 - Rockshore West and East. A community of low to middle income housing dominates the area of Parcel 115, with a modest motel for you to camp out in after your binge at The Strip. If you happened to come here by boat, a small pier will service your docking needs. Rockshore East in Parcel 116 holds a few more houses, but is the construction site of a much bigger project. A small warehouse complex sits on the other side of the train line. Parcel 117 - Palomino Creek. A quiet country town of Red County. Small businesses such as an Ammunation store, a fast food outlet and a small town bank are an integral part of the local economy. Access to Fisher's Lagoon can also be found here. Parcel 118 - Montgomery. This small country town contains the only hospital in the Red County region, as well as the only horse betting shop. It's no Venturas, but it keeps the locals satisfied. A couple of warehouses and other businesses are also built here. Parcel 119 - Blueberry. An Ammunation store provides the means for the locals to exercise their rights while the Sprunk Factory keeps them (and the rest of San Andreas) refreshed. The Fleischburg brewery is also a good draw for tourists, but keep in mind that beer and alcohol aren't the only things made within the factory walls. The Blueberry Acres farm supplies the brewery with the barley, yeast and other grains and plants needed for their products. Parcel 120 - The Panopticon. This wooded country area is rumoured to be a popular meeting spot for criminal organisations. The sawmill at the top of the small plateau is no longer functional and some say it is now the venue of choice for illegal street racing.
