Parcel 1 – This Parcel is northern Downtown. It is home to the Hyman Condo, Big Bill’s Bowls, Mars Café, the largest Ammunation branch in Vice, V-Rock recording studios and a Dirtbike track. Also occupying this parcel, are a number of middle-high value apartments and commercial businesses. The bridge to Prawn Island and Vice Point also starts here. Parcel 2 – This parcel is all of southern Downtown. It is home to The Greasy Chopper, Howlin’ Pete’s Biker Emporium, Skumole Shack, a pizza place, Rock City, a Jewellery store, Schuman Healthcare Center, a VCPD Station and a fire house. As with Parcel One, there are a number of middle-high value apartments and commercial businesses present here. A usually deserted beach lies on the west coast. Parcel 3 - This parcel is home to all of Little Haiti. This area is home to Phil Cassidy’s trailer, Kaufman Cabs, Ryton Aid, a Pay ’n’ Spray, a pizza place, Auntie Poulet’s house, the City Scrap, Rough ‘n’ Ready Streetwear, the Print Works, and the Café Under The Tree. The houses here are real pieces of shit, being stuffed full of cocaine and all. Rumour has it that a large crack factory is being maintained within these borders. You can also find a bridge to Leaf Links and lower Vice Point here. Parcel 4 – This Parcel is home to Little Havana. The area is home to Cherry Poppers, a Laundromat, Little Havana Streetwear, the West Haven Community Healthcare Center, Café Robina, Screw This Toolshop, a Deli, a large bank branch, a VCPD station, and Sunshine Autos. There are a few commercial businesses around, and the little bit of housing is shabby, but comfortable. Two bridges; one to Washington Beach via Starfish Island and the other a straight run to Washington Mall also start here. Parcel 5 – Here, you will find the Escobar International Airport’s runways. Some say that the hangars can hold more than just planes... Parcel 6 – This parcel is Vice Port. Here, you will find a Pay ‘N’ Spray, 8-Ball’s Bomb Shop, Hooker Inn Hotel, a Boatyard and the Vice City Port Authority. Most of the other buildings here are storage buildings and warehouses. Parcel 7 – This is Starfish Island. The Vercetti mansion is on this island, although its benefactor is not. The housing around it is very high-class, and would attract millions of dollars. Parcel 8 – This parcel is Ocean Beach. It is home to Pole Position, Ammunation, a Pay ‘N’ Spray, Collars & Cuffs, Ocean View Hotel, the Washington Mall, Rafael’s, and the Ocean View Hospital. Access to the Marina, where many elaborate parties are thrown, can also be found here. Housing here is mainly hotels, apartments and small condos. Parcel 9 – This parcel is Washington Beach. It is home to Ken Rosenberg’s Office, DBP Security, Bunch Of Tools, Star View Heights and the Pelican Hotel. Like Ocean Beach, housing here is mainly hotels and apartments for the more permanent residents. Parcel 10 – This parcel is the southern part of Vice Point. It is only home to the Malibu Club, and there are a couple of hotels here. A few houses are dotted around the area, particularly across the lake, these house are middle-class. Two construction sites are also situated here, yet their builders are nowhere to be found. Parcel 11 – This parcel is home only to the Leaf Links Golf Course. Those small shrubs on the ground with pointy leaves? Uh...they're just the new ferns recently planted. Parcel 12 – This parcel is another part of Vice Point. It is home to Links View Heights, a pizza place, Jocksport, a Jewellery store and another Police station. There is some middle class housing here. Parcel 13 – This parcel is yet another part of Vice Point. It is home to a Pay ‘N’ Spray, El Swanko Casa, Shady Palms Hospital, and a Corner Store. The housing here is middle-high class. Parcel 14 – This parcel is home to Prawn Island. The only place of interest here is the porn studio, Interglobal Films. There are a couple of other houses and small businesses here, now just a shadow of once prosperous times. Parcel 15 – This parcel is the last part of Vice Point. It is home to the North Point Mall, everything else is apartments.
