This is Tinker as a baby when we first got him. He's a Parakeet also known as a Budgie. Parakeets are originally from Australia. Tinker, after having him awhile, seemed sad and lonely while we were away at work. So we decided to get him a girlfriend...
This is his girlfriend, Kellie. You can tell she's a female because of the brownish pink on her nostrils. Tinker's are blue.
After a while Tinker and Kellie started to fall in love...
And now they groom each other, cuddle at night, and even feed each other...now that's what I call love. Someday Tinker and Kellie will be given a nest box and we'll see if they will make little parakeets :)
