Henry Jackson Sallee was born 25 March 1817 in Boone, Indiana and died there in 1900. He married in 1834 Fannie Allen Gulley who was born 28 August 1818 in Boone, Indiana where she died also in 1900. She also apparently had another son (out of wedlock?) named Willis M. Sallee b: 25 September 1839 d: 3 October 1922.
