Well-known for her fitness modelling for various fitness mags, Trish debued in the WWE on the 19th March 2000, on an edition of Sunday Night Heat. Scouting for talent, she strutted down to the ring in a trench-coat, a cowboy hat and some revealing attire, keeping a close eye on Test and Albert. The next night on Raw, she announced the formation of a new tag-team.

Suggestively titled "T and A" (for Test and Albert, of course), the new tandem didn't get over in the slightest with the crowd, who were more interested in the T and A provided by Trish. That's not to say that they didn't have some great matches. Infact, the six-person-tag at Fully Loaded between Trish, T and A, The Hardy Boyz and Lita was very good indeed. Trish also briefly managed Val Venis throughout the summer, but Val blamed her for his losses and was starting to develop his "pure" RTC tendencies.

The year 2000 was a memorable year for Trish. In her first year, she was driven through a table by Buh Buh Ray Dudley, she led Val Venis to Intercontinental gold, and she played strip poker with the APA and T and A. She also participated in the Divas shoot in the Caribbean, posing in lots of revealing attire.

In January 2001, T and A split for good. It was around this time that Trish began flirting with Vince Mcmahon. This enraged Vince's daugher Stephanie, who began a memorable feud with Trish. It was also around this time that"The Dish" began a "business relationship" with Kurt Angle, although this short-lived association was just to spite Stephanie, who naturally sided with her husband Triple H. Eventually, they fought and Steph beat Trish in a suprisingly good match at No Way Out.
