Outlook - Kaz Hayashi is regarded as one of the best juniors to hardly be utilized since his early years. He was an awesome prospect in MPro's glory days and while many of his peers tried their hand in the WWF, he went with WCW. After never really finding his footing, Kaz finally found a niche seeing he was the company's best talent. After the WWF bought them up he continued to be the best of the cruiserweight bunch, but never got a shot. So he's returned to Japan by way of Keiji Muto and seems to be in the same boat he's always in - great talent, no real push. Hayashi formmed an alliance with Satoshi Kojima that has placed him in an excellent spot as the partner of the company's ace. He has also put himself in a nice role in HUSTLE as a resident "ikimen." Kaz's game has not dropped off and he continues to be one of the premier juniors with great consistancy to his work and versitility to his roles.
