Outlook - Akira Raijin is one of many indy talents who have been brought into the ailing All Japan to help build a stable roster. He started alongside Shigeo Okumura who came into the company after the split and was given some opportunities. Raijin was a very good heavyweight for Kurisu's indy group, but they closed when business struggled and many had to find a new homebase. Raijin trained in All Japan's dojo before re-debuting and becoming a hard-headed undercarder. He was basically a fallguy for everyone as he developed his brawling powerhouse style. Along with the other youngsters, Raijin needs to improve fast if he wants to make a name for himself. All Japan is mirky waters, but Raijin is a fish that can stand out. Now with a mohawk and unique outfit, Akira Raijin is making strides to move up the card as the partner of "future ace" Kohei Suwama.
