Outlook - Two reasonably seasoned independent veterans who have paired together in recent times to play to their strengths. They're of the Japanese streetfighters mold with some the same shortcomings (size and working ability), but they can cover them up well in wild brawls as they're tough and have decent charisma. I don't see either making it outside of those roles because they look poor outside of the brawler mode, so I can't see these two moving much further than the indies. Devito is the better of the two and could get over in his role in some place slightly bigger, but not in a WWE-level company.
