Outlook - David Flair is proof that good genes don't make you a good wrestler. While there are some exceptions to the rule that sons of great wrestler generally stink, David is not one of them. He inherited his father's chubby genes giving him an average physique off steroids, ripped off his father's dated offense and does not have a fraction of the charisma. WCW tried to use David well, but he was pushed too hard and he was just never able to get good. WWF gave him a similiar chance, but sent him to OVW and they decided he didn't have anything to offer either. Since then David has bounced around before settling in Puerto Rico. Here, his Ric Flair clone gimmick works and he actually looks to fit in well. Expect him to ride this out as long as he can and just maybe he'll become more than a never-was in people's eyes.
