Outlook - David Heath, after a decade working indies, brief stints in bigger places and so on, he finally got a chance. Heath, who had worked with a vampire gimmick throughout his career and was given the comic book gimmick of Gangrel. Given goth clothes, music, a goblet of "blood" and one of the most memorable entances in WWF history, Gangrel was distict in a roster of colorful guys. Despite his uniqueness that got him over, his character was never given the teeth (pardon the pun) to move past the point where he started. His game, which was solid when he started, dropped significantly and so did his conditioning. The WWF finally cut its losses and let him go. He has had stints in various places and has had two stints as a trainer/wrestler. Nearing forty and well past his physical prime, David Heath seems to have nothing much to offer pro-wrestling anymore. He will, however, seem to pop up now and then for years to come because he was a character from the Attitude era.
