Outlook - Kevin Fertig was another one of the muscular big men who the WWE signed, brought up too quick, squandered and ended up with a huge stiff who wasn't over. He was progressing well in OVW, but he needed more time to improve his in-ring and his charisma. Someone however decided to saddle him with the "Mordecai" gimmick, which was unique and might have gotten over if done prooperly, but it didn't and he didn't have the ability to force it over. He was sent back and eventually let go. He has done some work overseas and is still pretty poor in the ring, but his character has something to it that he's trying to develop. Time will tell if he can stick it out and improve himself or if he'll end up another trivia question for "wrestlecrap" fans.
