Outlook - Daikokubo Benkei is one of BJW's staples and regrettably so for many. He is a massive bald man who is aging and was never really that good. Benkei began with the company in `94, when the death match style was at its peak. While FMW was always the main company, IWA was second and groups like W*ing and BJW were gaining notoriety as well. The company really hit its stride in the late 90s, when young workers were having the greatest death matches ever. Benkei was an outside suppporting character, forming an alliance with fellow baldy Abdullah Kobayashi that led to the formation of the Skinhead stable. Benkei was pushed hard, despite a major difference in size, style and ability with the company's talented heavyweights. They finally pulled him out of that fray and he's basically been working midcard tag matches and such as he nears fifty.
