Outlook - Hiroyuki Kondo has over ten years in the pro-wrestling business, mostly working the smallest of Japanese independents. He found a home in EAGLE Pro, a tiny indy with a cult following. In 2003, Kondo began appearing on Big Japan's "Deathmatch Wars" and seemed to have some real potetial. Although he has remained affiliated with EAGLE, BJW has taken a liking to Kondo and given him some opportunities. He had a successful undercard team with Katsuhisa Inoue and often looked like the superior of the two. While he had experience and youth on his side, Inoue's direct affiliation with BJW promised him the first push. Although BJW is no stranger to mediocre talent, Hiroyuki Kondo has not shown much growth in his years with BJW. His offense is inconsistant, his selling is weak and he does not really have much of a personality that shines through. Hiroyuki Kondo is a fine wrestler in tag matches underneath, but at this point appears to be anything but ready to be pushed to even the upper midcard.
