Outlook - Big Japan has produced some suprising talents and Ryuji Ito is toward the top of their list. At first, he was a junior who combined martial arts and highflying. The BJW-CZW feud that nearly killed Ito's home base gave him a damaged atmosphere in which to work. While he had the potential to go elsewhere and develop, Ito stuck with BJW. Then they struck a TV deal and "Death Match Wars" took off with the Ryuji Ito at the forefront. Although all of BJW's straight wrestlers tried death matches, it was Ito who really clicked. He was made the company's ace and has been having some incredible bouts with BJW's solid core of talent. Ryuji Ito's innovative approach to death match wrestling and popularity has yet to be matched by any one in the company, so it seems like he will maintain his spot for a few more years.
