Outlook - At only sixteen, Takeshi Minamino made his pro-wrestling debut, making him the youngest debutant out of the Ultimo Dragon Gym in its impressive history. In Toryumon X, he was the leading heel as the leader of "Los Salseros Japonses," a flamboyently dressed rudo with a guitar. His stable consisted of wacky characters with fruity names such as Pineapple Hanai, Mango Fukuda, Passion Hasegawa and Banana Senga. Although Toryumon X was a flop, Los Salseros Japonses began working for Michinoku Pro and were successful there. They became a strong heel faction working with the various former Toryumon X technicos. Minamino looked great as a rudo and he not even twenty! He was made over like many of his Toruymon X peers first as in a unique shogunate-era outfit that was distinct. Eventually though, HAPPY-MAN was born. Wearing a pink outfit and depicting a goofy superhero, HAPPY-MAN is too much of a comedy act for someone of his abilities. Hopefully, this foolishness is cast aside soon and Takeshi Minamino is reborn again as the promising heel he has always looked like.
