Outlook - Simply put, Dick Togo is one of the greatest junior heels ever, in fact he may very well be the best. He is also a natural gang leader as he's headed up Kaientai Deluxe and then L.O.V., now he heads the Far East Connection. Togo is so versitile for a smaller guy and is an asset to whomever has him. Michinoku is reviving with he and the Great Sasuke as the established stars and those underneath them being elevated as much as possible. Togo might not be what he used to be, but he can still have an excellent match. Almost five years past his prime and he's still one of the best the Japanese indies have to offer.
