Outlook - Kaientai Dojo has produced and is producing talents that are basic, yet effective packages. Yuji Hino is a notable example. He is a competant and convincing powerhouse on the Japanese indies, although he definitely has big league potential. His size would certainly force him to change his style if he jumped to a larger company full-time. Hino does not worry much about the technical aspects, instead he tosses his smaller opponents around and squashes them with dives, which makes for exciting matches in companies like K-Dojo and El Dorado. Both New Japan and All Japan have given him some opportunities, but he is still developing at worker. Yuji Hino is loaded with potential and he has people helping his in-ring and charisma improve to where he might become a future ace of larger company. There are few pro-wrestlers in Japan at his age with as much quality experience and raw potential, so he could undoubtedly make a large impact if he is utilized when the time is right.
