Place in History - Yes, she wasn't a great worker. Yes, she was a very effective heel. Getting those two points out of the way, there isn't a lot more that can be said about Dump Matsumoto. She was a stout brawler in her early years with a nack for brawling and using weapons, but it wasn't until 1984 when Dump transformed that she etched her name in joshi and wrestling history. Crazy hair, war paint, an assortment of weapons and a total disregard for anyone around her other then her cronies (who she even butted heads with eventually), Dump Matsumoto was as good a heel as anyone Japan has ever seen. Even more perfect was she gave the rub to numerous up-and-comers (most importantly Bull Nakano) and was the perfect antogonist to the super-idol tag team, the Crush Girls. The schoolgirls came to see their heroines, who were bloodied and battered by Dump and it was all very hot and dramatic. She knew what to do with the tools she had and made a helluva name for herself in a short amount of time.
