Outlook - Ayako Hamada entered ARISON with a nice push thanks to being the daughter of Gran Hamada. She had a surprising Twinstar run that broke the mold of rookies being jobber for their early careers. Dubbed the "ARISON Dream" she vanquished Aja Kong and was the Queen of ARISON. Realizing she was a big fish in small pond, Hamada left to the surprise of many and after some deliberation went with GAEA. Still in her early 20s, she seems like the next generation of joshi worker. She started off at a high level and fit her push very well. GAEA will be a nice test for her and she's seemed up to the challenge even changing her look and style to fit the company. She's levelled off some, but hopefully she will take off again in the near future.
