Place in History - In her day KAORU was a pretty interesting character in joshi. Combining Zenjo's traditional style and a lucha style that was always fun to watch. While never in the elite worker level, KAORU was better than the average name joshi wrestlers and was certainly amongst the better flyers in the early 90s. She maintained her game reasonably well, despite never really being pushed strong. She's since toned down her highflying a lot as she's banged up and reverted to garbage wrestling. This has allowed KAORU to stay around and remain a strong character without having to do the things she used to that she can't really do physically anymore. She still bumps all over the place and is reasonably entertaining doing her thing, which is good.
