Place in History - One of those girls who's always around and booked fairly strong though she's nothing special. Rumi is a stout shooty kicker, who has some classic joshi tendencies. She's been around forever it seems and doesn't really have much stellar to point out in the way of accomplishments. Kazama's stroke with LLPW allowed her the chances she never would have gotten otherwise, whether it was jumping in tag matches with better girls and going over or using her power to go over in companies she'd visit (recently with Black Joker). Kazama is a nice example of politics in joshi and while she's the exception (never a superstar, yet she has power), her ability level has little to do with where she's got in the wrestling world.
