Outlook - Masa Chono is one of the "Three Muskateers," who dominanted 1990s New Japan. While Hashimoto and Muto were the champions, Chono was the draw. Being the heel, Chono was able to have great matches with either as well as other faces and get over in a huge way. His involvement with the nWo in WCW and bringing the faction to Japan and eventually starting Team 2000. Chono's political involvement will help him to greater or lesser extent like Inoki, Fujinami, and Choshu before him. Unlike the latter two, Chono can give faces the rub, which is great for his longevity.
