Serious Injuries - Serious Concussion

Outlook - Definitely one of New Japan's best wrestlers, Takeshi Iizuka was sadly missed following a bad concussion in 2001. That cost him a lot of elevation time and now he's struggling to regain his footing. However, Iizuka is the realistic-type grappler, who could really find a niche in Inoki's new NJPW. He will probably be used to promote some of the up-and-coming shooters that Inoki looks to bring in, which he can do better than most of his peers. At his age and experience level he remains very good, but whether or not he can get much of anywhere now is anyone's guess. I would suspect not, but he still has value to the company.
