Outlook - One of New Japan good young prospects, Shibata has had an excellent few years with New Japan. Perhaps more so than his young lion peers, Shibata has had some big matches and chances to show his wares. Although its hard to predict what the future holds for this referee's son, Katsuyori Shibata definitely has the tools to shine in the future. New Japan has decided to let him try his skills as a heel in the Makai Club, a role he's taken to very well and he certainly has a future in.
