Outlook - Ryusuke Taguchi has been neck-and-neck with super rookie Hirooki Goto and their rivalry and partnership have been mutual beneficial. The company has given him chances and he's always seized them. This has afforded him more opportunities to grow than his peers and he has impressed. Taguchi was a well-rounded junior who won the annual Young Lions Cup in 2004 and seemed to be a very promising star that they were going to push alongside Goto. After a stint in Mexico, Taguchi was even better and has the potential to become something special in the next few years. The state of New Japan, number of established juniors and recent ineffective pushes will all be factors Taguchi's near future. His career is entering a new stage as he's been pushed and grown, but needs to force eyes upon him and force a bigger push before he begins stagnating.
