Outlook - Satoshi Yoneyama was a passable, but dull undercarder in Fujiwara-gumi and even in BattlARTS' early
years, but within a decade he has become one of the most underrated talents, which has given him a cult-like following.
His makeover started when he adopted the name "Mohammed Yone," tweeked his style and grew one of the best permed afros in
pro-wrestling. In BattlARTS, he was never really in the same league as the top workers, however he showed great potential.
But when the company began struggling, he seemed like a possible indy casuality. Surprisingly, NOAH picked him up and
Mohammed Yone was back to the bottom of the ladder, but in the biggest company in Japan. Injuries and inconsistant booking
prevented him from going far early on, however Yone took his character to another level, refined his style and became one
of NOAH's mst consistant performers. The constant work with NOAH's top notch talent has affected his game for the best and
"Mr. Afro" is now one of NOAH's premier talents.
