Outlook - Christy Hemme went from an b-list model to one of the WWE's major characters almost overnight. In the second Diva Search, the WWE brought in ten girls and gave them ample TV time. Several of the runners-up were signed, but Christy Hemme became something of a surprising winner. A short, spunky redhead, Hemme had something unique to bring to the WWE roster and she got over as a result. The energetic redhead amongst the company's dull blondes had the potential to become the premier diva, especially after appearing in Playboy. It was not to be. The company dumped her unexplicably and she began to scramble to play off her fame. She became TNA's most visible female star as an interviewer and commentator. Understandably she began taking on a more active role eventually and began managing tag teams. After several short-lived teams came and went, she was paired with the stagnant Lance Hoyt and talented Jimmy Rave in what became known as the "Rock-N-Rave Infection." Hemme, playing off her rock star appearance, became the crazed valet for this seemingly disfunctional team. It has given her something in between forgettable matches, but Christy Hemme has certainly fallen. After a meteoric rise that might have made her a memorable WWE diva, Hemme looks like she'll fade away into whatever-happened-to? trivia land.
