Outlook - Probably one of the best ex-WCWers, who may never be able to make it to
the big show. Elix Skipper is a promising young junior, who has the type of style that could
get him some fans. After WWF's failure with K-Kwik and Elix's fall in charisma, it's no wonder
the WWF let him go. Skipper definately has a better chance of making it in different fed, even
the indies.
