Outlook - Candice Michelle had the potential to be another Trish Stratus. When she entered the second Diva Search, she had an extensive modeling background, including some nude modeling, and an "acting" background. Although she was not a contestant, the company picked her up and used her sporatically in T & A spots. She eventually took on a more active role as a heel diva, which got her name out there more. Posing for Playboy helped elevate her stock further and when the old guard of Trish and Lita began moving aside, she along with Melina and Mickie James became the premier Divas. Candice Michelle defied expectations by being an exceptionally natural worker. Like Trish, she was a model-turned-wrestler, but she did not have Trish's long-standing interest in pro-wrestling. Her distinct ring entrance and over-the-top looks in addition to good in-ring work made her a dangerous package. Then a severe injury sidelined Candice and returned to early saw her reinjure herself. Candice Michelle's future is in doubt. While she once seemed like she could be a great babyface Diva, now she may not even be able to work or not at the level she was reaching. Her next comeback will likely tell the story very quickly.
