Outlook - Gregory Shane Helms has been a pro for over fifteen years, so he's seen his share of ring time. After spending much of that time in indies making himself a star, Helms finally caught a break with WCW. Despite his innovative moves and fast improvement, he spent quite a bit of time in a bit comedy role. Then he broke away and recieved his big push in dying WCW. Then WWF decided to make him a comedy act again. Although he made a name for himself as the Hurricane, Helms was limited in his ability to get out of the same spot. He proved to be an excellent hand and the WWE has grown to rely more on him as their roster has thinned in recent years. After turning him heel and making him a long-running cruiserweight champion, Gregory Helms has been able to make some headway on the cards. His nack for cool moves and solid wrestling have helped him firmly solidify his spot.
