Outlook - Johnny Jeter is one of the next generation stars who is going to be an interesting person to watch the next decade. The previous group (Basham, Damaja, Conway and Dinsmore) were never used to full effect, so Jeter and his peers have been able to spend more time developing. He stepped up quick and has improved perhaps faster than any of OVW's homegrown talent. Jeter has a strong well-roundedness that with the right guidance he could be a big star of the next decade if his path is similar to past top talents. After a very good babyface run as a singles underdog and an exciting tag team with Matt Cappotelli (the Thrillseekers), Jeter had a tremendous heel run. He showed great charisma and poise. While Jeter is very small for the WWE, he has a lot of versatility and can fill many roles. Will they give him a worthwhile role? Probably not since he's a member of the Spirit Squad, but perhaps he can emerge out of it nonetheless.
