Outlook - Justin LaRouche looks like a sure fire WWE star. He is a massive man, he has tattoos, he has a good build and he has a lot of personality in his face. After breaking in as a tag wrestler with his uncle, LeRouche received some training in the Steel Domain and became a sturdy indy talent in the mid-00s. Not surprisingly, the big man was picked up under a developmental deal and sent to OVW to improve. LaRouche was given the handle "The Ox" and paired with Charles Evans. "Ox & Hammer" were a fair heel tag team in a weakened OVW before splitting and feuding. After a stint in Florida, LaRouche was given a suprising break in ECW. Given the silly name Bam Neely and the gimmick of a border guard turned bodyguard and aligned with Chavo Guerrero Jr. and La Familia. Neely is a decent powerhouse brawler and has some potential as a heel. Though his current package is limiting, there are worse he might have been saddled with in recent times. Working with Guerrero should help him improve and perhaps hide his weaknesses. Neely needs to develop much more and time on the road may be the best opportunity for him.
