Outlook - Super Crazy was amongst the best highflyers as the 1990s came to a close. A better worker than many of his luchador peers, he was able to go from a spot machine from Mexico to one of the best highflyers in the US. Super Crazy's international career was propelled by a world class program with Yoshihiro Tajiri in ECW. While it might not have opened the big league doors, it allowed him to tour the US indies freely, become a top star in Puerto Rico, be even bigger in Mexico and finally get more chances in Japan. In Japan, Crazy looked very good, so the WWE brought him in full time as part of the short-lived Mexicools stable. He's had issues with weight and inconsistancy, but Super Crazy gets over and his stuff looks good when it counts, so he might be able to maintain a WWE spot very well for a luchador. As the WWE makes attempts to appeal to the Latin market, characters like Super Crazy help, but only if they are over. Super Crazy will perhaps continue to get periodic pushes, benefical pairings and typecast storylines.
