Outlook - The WWE has picked up a number of third generation pro-wrestlers in recent years that have more often than not paid off. The main roster contains several like Randy Orton, David Taylor and Chavo Guerrero Jr. and the developmental system has had many like Teddy Hart and Lacey Von Erich that have not worked out, but others like Harry Smith, Nattie Neidhart and Ted Dibiase Jr. have great promise. Dibiase was even part of the New Generation Hart Foundation stable, despite his lack of ties to the Hart family. Ted and his older brother Mike followed their father and grandfather into the sport, but both are making it in distinctively different ways. Mike has been working indies in Texas, while Ted was signed to a developmental deal after a tour of Japan. Ted Jr. is an athletic youngster with a large frame and he has great potential to be a WWE superstar in the next decade. His prospects are strong and as long as he can keep his nose clean, his body healthy and continue to develop, he could be one to watch in a few years.
