Place in History - One of the undercard boys from the short-lived Fujiwaragumi who got a chance to shine in BattlARTS. Takeshi Ono was a pretty basic worker who used a mix of shooting and puroresu techniques. Ono was a solid midcard guy throughout the company's life and while never amongst their elite, he was not far behind and hung with them when he had to. However, Ono was too small to really move into an uppercard spot (with guys who are juniors outside of the company) and was not exceptional enough to get the junior ace role. Ono, unlike many of peers, was never good enough and established enough in the BattlARTS' cult-following to mean anything to other indies and the company's death made him a ghost in the pro-wrestling world. If the style can revitalize though we may see him resurface, but he's not been involved in the BattlARTS restart effort.
