Place in History - Katsumi Usuda has done plenty of worked shoots in his decade of wrestling, however he started a little too late or a little too early. In the former case, Usuda could have become either a great talent for RINGS or the UWFi, but was stuck with BattlARTS. In the latter case, he could have directed his energies toward MMA and probably would've become a decent middleweight, but now he's no more than the occasional jobboy (has one victory over Shannon Ritch). Usuda is an entertainer though and will surely return to MMA for the paycheck. He's better for groups like Zero-One that value realistic wrestling and will be Yuki Ishikawa's main man for the odd BattlARTS revival shows in the future.
