Roger "Bam Bam" Hamm & Scotty McKeever versus "Pitbull" Bob Brown & Mighty Hojo - In tag-team action, Roger Hamm & Scotty McKeever picked up a win over Bob Brown & the Mighty Hojo in a match the fans were definetly a little too much into. The match came to an end as "Freebird" Buddy Rose made his way to ringside. The match broke out into a 4-way with Hamm and Brown going to the outside, where Rose helped attack Brown, while McKeever and Hojo stayed in the ring. Brown caught Hamm coming back into the ring and tried suplexing him over the ropes, but Rose grabbed Brown's feet and held them, while Hamm landed on top of Brown for the pinfall. "Magnificent" Mike Reed versus Dice Del Ray - The third match of the night saw Del Ray keeping Reed close to the mat, but unable to get a submission or pinfall victory. As the match went on, Del Ray began getting frustrated. Taking Reed into the corner, Del Ray began throwing back elbows, but accidentally hit referee Scotty Springer, knocking him back. Del Ray then went to the outside and brought back a steel chair to the ring and cracked it over Reed's back. Springer saw this happen and disqualifed Del Ray, awarding Reed the match. Intermission. "Freebird" Buddy Rose versus Gary Mnemonic - The match ended when Rose, who was accompanied to the ring by Lovely Jess, seemed to have the match won after hitting Mnemonic with a DDT, but had no referee to count the pinfall as Jess, thinking she was helping Rose, had the referee distracted. "Pitbull" Bob Brown then came into the ring seeking revenge from earlier and nailed Rose with his chain and put Mnemonic on top of Rose so that the referee could count the pinfall, giving Mnemonic the victory. Bart & Brad Batten versus Destruction, Inc. (Scott/Boyd) - More tag-team action with the fans solidly behind Destruction, Inc. As the match came to a close, Destruction Inc's Brian Boyd, who took most of the punishment in the match, finally tagged in his partner Dave Scott after hitting both Battens with a double clothesline. Scott came in taking on both Battens till rejoined by Boyd. Destruction Inc. then irish whipped The Battens into each other and sent Brad to the outside, with Scott following as Boyd rolled up Bart for the pin, only with no referee to count it as the referee was busy with Scott and Brad. Boyd then checked on the referee, but when he returned to Bart, he was small packaged and defeated by a 3 count for a Battens win. 12 Man Battle Royal - In the main event, a battle royal, featuring most of the wrestlers from the previous matches, took place to crown a new WVCW champion. As the participants were elminated one by one, only four remained in the end. Cuban Assassin #2, Mike Reed, Buddy Rose, and Bob Brown. Reed tossed Cuban over the top-rope, but Cuban refused to leave and stayed ringside arguing with the referees. Brown was eliminated next after trying to clothesline Rose over the top. Rose ducked and Brown went over instead. At this point, Cuban tried coming back into the ring continuing to distract the referees, who didn't see Reed eliminate Rose to win the match. Thinking he had the match won, Reed didn't see Rose re-enter the ring. Rose then clotheslined Reed over the top to win the match and be declared the new WVCW heavyweight champion!
