The D.A.C.A. is honored
to have two of its past
Presidents and an
Honorary Life Member
seeking office in national
races. John Guest and
Albert Ross are running
for the NRA Board of
Directors and Wayne
Ross is running for
Governor, state of
Alaska.
John L. Guest, Dallas,
Texas, supports Member
Petition Financial
Disclosure as his position
on this ballot as his
platform. John is an active
D.A.C.A. and NRA
member who lists many
qualifications for office.
He is a NRA Benefactor;
Federal Firearms License
Holder and a NRA Gun
Collectors Committee
member. He has served
as President of the Colt
Collectors and Dallas
Arms Collectors
associations among many
other positions.
Albert Ross, Arlington,
Texas, supports Member
Petition Financial
Disclosure, as his position
on the ballot. Al is an
active D.A.C.A. and
NRA member who has
many qualifications for
office.
He is a Benefactor NRA
member; member of the
Founders Club,
Whittington Center. He is
immediate Past NRA VP,
former Director of Texas
State Rifle Association,
past President of DACA;
a member of the Ohio,
Colt, Mannlicher, Texas
Gun Collectors,
Winchester Arms
Collectors Association
and other fine
organizations.
Wayne Anthony Ross,
Honorary D.A.C.A. Life
Member, is an Anchorage
attorney. He is a
Wisconsin native who has
lived in Alaska for 30
years. He's a former
Alaska Assistant Attorney
General, Republican
National Committee
member and a former
First VP of the NRA.
Wayne helped with the
D.A.C.A. trip to Alaska
in 1988.
Ross said he will
emphasize a
get-tough-on-crime
campaign theme and said
he'd add something else
his opponents don't have a
sense of humor.
