| I acknowledge and agree that I am only renting trade tables from the DALLAS ARMS COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION, INC. and that I am not entering into a "Bailor-Bailee" relationship regarding the items I will have on my trade table(s). I recognize that neither the DALLAS ARMS COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION, INC., DALLAS MARKET CENTER, their members, agents subcontractors or representatives are accepting or control of the specified items I will place on my trade table(s) during the show. I assume sole and absolute authority and control over each and every item I will place on my trade table(s) and reserve the right to remove all of these items at the close of the show each day should I so elect. As additional consideration for the trade table(s) made available to me, I expressly waive all claims of any kind, including bailment, against the DALLAS ARMS COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION, INC. DALLAS MARKET HALL and/or their members, agents, subcontractors, committees and representatives of any mishap, injury or loss occurring before, during or after the DALLAS GUN & KNIFE SHOW. | |
