Our house is a three bedroom, two bath home for rent in quaint Chatham, MA. We are midway between Harding’s Beach (the best beach in town) and downtown Chatham, with easy access to both. In addition to the interior space, we have a front farmer’s porch, a large back deck with a grill and deck furniture, and a large screened in porch, perfect for dining and relaxing. There is also a large back yard and a mahogany outside shower with hot & cold water for showering after your day at the beach.
The first floor has the kitchen, dining room and a large living room, and the 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. Sleeps 6.
Appliances include cable TV, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
We are on a side street a short walk from Chatham Fish and Lobster and the Pampered Palette, where you can get the makings for dinner or buy everything all prepared, so you can just sit on the deck or porch and enjoy your dinner in the warm evening glow.
In addition to the beautiful beaches, Chatham offers excellent summer theatre, family fun at the Friday night band concerts, and regular Cape League baseball games. We are also close to the newly completed bike path.
Willing to swap for equivalent winter vacation home someplace warm.
