A Command PanzerIII emerges from the smoke and makes a move for the southwest to support an assault at the Cider Press.
The Zook gets a shot off but misses its mark before a Wolverine unloads on the german tank from 200m south.
Northeast of town. Infantry spot an enemy Panzerschrek moving into position. Trying to get the jump on them the Stuart climbs the hedge and opens fire along with the Command team, but somehow the Schrek held it together for one desperate shot.
Command PanzerIII moves to support german teams making their way down from the north for an attack on the eastern VL.

With the Stuart burning and german troops and armor quickly advancing, the 2 remaing squads have no defense but to retreat and defend the vital VL.
The Panzer advances, wiping out a rifle squad then is itself destroyed  when the crew of the burning Stuart, lying south of the road,  executes a close infantry assault on the unsuspecting german tank.  Blowing it up!
A schrek team located in Auvers VL smokes another Stuart.

Another german assault on the Cider Press is put down. US reserves move in to clear the Press under cover of the Stuart and 30cal MG.

A 30cal rifle team makes the Cider and gives the clear for the 30cal MG to move up into position for overwatch across from the Cider Press.
Germans attack in numbers. Their lead team is destroyed by 30cal MG fire and close squad assault.
Another german assault team quickly follows in with prejudice as a Stuart light tank
moves in for strong support of the allied defense.
