Repairs are performed after careful consideration to our customers needs and desires. We carefully troubleshoot problem areas of the computer and estimate the necessary repairs before completion.

If upgrade costs exceed the value of the computer, we charge only a $50.00 service fee which includes pickup, estimate and delivery of the computer to your home. In most cases a flat-rate fee can be applied to keep costs down. We contact the customer if replacement is deemed preferable or economical.
