      • Physical Description: Soaring Eagle is a tall and imposing man. He has huge muscles he's refined from years of mercenary work, and was already a rather handsome man to begin with. He's got a smile that melts the ladies, and the rather boyish features to make him look altogether virtually irresistable. His long black hair falls to about mid-back, and is usually tied tightly back in a ponytail, often with feathers dangling from it. He has an aura of self-confidence constantly about him, and absolutely radiates it as well.

      • Distinguishing Features: He has an earring in his left ear, a small gold stud. Also, he has a tattoo with the Native American symbol for trouble on his right shoulder.

      • Strength Level: That of a normal human man who works out extensively.

      • Legal Status: Has been jailed only the once, however he has quite often had run-ins with the law. He's been known to commit offenses just about daily, but due to his special abilities, manages to get himself out of trouble. Also, he's wanted for several assassinations, that people are unaware of the assassin. In other words, they want him killed for assassinating people, but they don't know who he is.

      • Known Superhuman Powers: He has the power of "suggestion." A very specified telepathic power, in truth. He can talk his way out of and into just about anything, although he doesn't have full control over his abilities, of course. His telepathy can only be used to convince people to do things he wants them to do, but not anything completely against their nature, although it's suspected that he'll be able to do that eventually as well. For example, he could make someone believe his lies, but he couldn't make them kill their own brother (unless they really wanted to kill their brother anyway). He also has another part to his power, but it's extremely unpredictable and has only worked once. He can "ruin" a woman. That is, he can use his powers to make her so obsessed with himself that she will never want to look at another man. He's done this only once, and the girl actually committed suicide when he told her he didn't want to date her anymore.

      • Weaknesses: The first part of his power generally works for him, in that it gets him out of jail and stuff, but he's not in complete control over it, so sometimes it fails (which is why he's currently in jail) His other power, as will be found, only works extremely sporadically, when certain conditions are met.

      • Special Equipment: None outside of his sweet-talking mouth and his sniper rifle... And the store of other weapons he keeps in his room.

      • Learned/Special Skills: He can shoot just about any firearm, and knows how to use a couple of other weapons (daggers, crossbow, and possibly a longbow). He's also learned a few different styles of hand-to-hand combat.

      • Personality: He's a full-on ladies man/jailbait. He can smooth talk women with the best of them (due in no small part to his powers) and he can talk his way out of trouble, so he takes advantage of both his abilities. He goes through girlfriends about the same way most people go through dishes, though he doesn't always necessarily sleep with them. He respects them enough to treat them as the boss in the relationship, he merely leaves them when he doesn't feel like catering to them anymore. For the most part, he also enjoys getting away with things, so he does the usual minor crimes just about daily, for his own entertainment, along with doing the more major (mercenary) crimes when he has call to do so.

      • Assets: As a mercenary he's got quite a bit of money stored away... and of course, there's always the fact that he could sweet-talk you into absolute heaven.
