  Identity
  
  Outer self
  Inner self
  Forming the
  Whole
  
  The whole
  Existence
  Composed of
  Self-perception
  
  If the mirror
  Twists, we
  See the end
  Of reality
  
  And the beginning
  Of fantasy
  
  A skeletal body
  Where a healthy 
  Frame resides
  
  A chubby image
  In place of the
  Bones sticking
  Through skin.
  
  Perception is
  The pigment that
  Paints our 
  World
  
  If we see not
  With true colors,
  We see falsehood
  
  The truth blurred
  Behind a mirror
  That distorts
  
  Instead of
  Reflects.
  
  Anorexia
  Bulimia
  Negativism
  
  Pervade where
  The demons of
  Delusion
  Dwell.
  
  Repair the
  Mirror, and
  End it all
  
  True perception
  Returns, as
  Illusion ends.
  
  And we see
  Ourselves as
  Others do
  
  As others
  Always have...
  
  Through the
  Looking glass
  Of Truth.
