Access 31, WA's Local Television Station

Access 31 is a WA developed access television network operated for educational non-profit purposes. If caters for interests of Western Australian people for example environmental projects.  

There are a number of CTV networks located around Australia which have proven to be successful in providing efficient community, educational and news messages. Channel 31, is not a commercial television station, which means viewers will be watching documentaries and footage which has not been affected by commercial advertisements.

Firstly allow me to congratulate you on your school for the major effort that you have made in putting together your video Solar Boat Race - A WA Perspective. As a producer member of Community Television Perth, we have great pleasure in supporting your airtime on Access31 television . In this initial stage I have put together a package which I hope you will see as a intelligent programming marriage. The Triple S for Science group have a science fair coming up and I have put the two shows together for a solid half hour of Science in Local Schools exposure.

I would like to think that you would be happy to leave the tape with me for future plays at appropriate times. You may also have some ideas of where your likely audience will be at certain times and you would be welcome to contact me with requests for plays as they come up.

Once again I applaud your effort and would encourage you to not stop work. I hope that you or your school will continue to make product for your local television opportunity.
