NBA Comparisons: |
Optimistic Outlook: Poor man's Zydrunas Ilgauskas |
Pessimistic Outlook: Priest Lauderdale |
Strengths: Absolutely enormous. Shows
a good touch around the basket. Ha is developing a good
offensive game. He also has a great work ethic; he has
been training in America for the last year improving
himself for the NBA. He is a traditional low post center,
definitely not soft.
Weaknesses: Slower than Yao with even
worse stamina and endurance. Still raw, Ha does not
have a polished game. His footwork and mobility is decent
for his size, but it is definitely not great. His post
up skills still need work, but he is clearly going to
be a post up player in the NBA. Ha does not have much
international experience, and when he has played he
has been dominated. In the 2003 Asian championships,
Ha was completely dismantled by Yao Ming. Another concern
for Ha is possible injury risk. Players that are as
big as Ha usually suffer more injuries. He only averaged
ten rebounds against Korean high school competition.
Probably should have averaged more considering the competition.
