Strengths – Kirk Snyder is a versatile, athletic, skilled shooting guard. Very quick first step that he uses to aggressively attack the basket. A good finisher who is not afraid of contact. He is a very tough player, who will hustle and sacrifice his body for the team. A versatile offensive player with point guard skills to boot. He has great court vision and is a good passer. Good ball handling skills and can lead the fast break. Very aggressive defensive player with good lateral mobility and quickness. A great rebounder for his size.

Weaknesses – Very questionable outside jumper. Shot an absolutely pathetic 26% from the college 3 last season. He has shown the ability to hit threes but can not do it consistently. Not a very good midrange or free throw shooter either. Although he has good passing skills and court vision he still commits too many turnovers. His assist to turnover ratio is less then 1 and he can be a ballhog at times. Sometimes plays out of control and throws up ridiculous shots.
